Business Analysis

One of the key functions in any organization is to analyze and understand the business requirements in order to establish and improve processes. In this course, role and responsibilities of a Business Analyst are discussed. Key tasks such as Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Requirement Elicitation, and Needs Assessment, documenting the criteria to be met, sharing information among stakeholders, and presenting findings to company executives are also covered.
